TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Promotion period: 25 October–31 December 2026, ending at 23:59 WITA. Submit a complete claim before buying and before the deadline. Complete claims received by the deadline remain eligible for verification afterwards.
2. Identical products: Same brand, model/SKU, specification, size, colour, condition and included accessories, with comparable Indonesian warranty/support. Both Jungle Surf and the competitor must have the requested quantity in stock for immediate purchase. No preorders or backorders.
3. Eligible competitors: An identifiable Indonesian retail business offering genuine products to the public in IDR and able to issue a receipt. A marketplace listing can qualify if the seller meets these conditions and its price and stock can be verified.
4. Fair price comparison: We compare the total cost of the identical item and quantity delivered to the same Indonesian address, including applicable tax, mandatory fees and standard delivery. For collection, compare equivalent collection prices. Optional extras are excluded. The competitor's total must be lower than Jungle Surf's current equivalent total and available when verified.
5. Your price: Eligible competitor total × 0.95, rounded down to the nearest rupiah. Example: competitor item Rp950.000 + delivery Rp50.000 = Rp1.000.000; our confirmed delivered total is Rp950.000. We honour our own lower available direct price if that is better.
6. Excluded offers: Used, refurbished, damaged, display or counterfeit goods; private sellers; auctions or negotiated/private quotes; overseas sellers or grey imports without comparable Indonesian support; wholesale/trade or bulk-only prices; liquidation/closing-down sales; pricing errors; expired or unavailable offers; bundles that cannot be compared item for item; and prices requiring paid membership, loyalty points, cashback, financing, a restricted voucher or a new-customer-only promotion. Public sale prices can qualify.
7. Availability and payment: The quote states the eligible item, quantity and final total. Pay within 24 hours of confirmation or before the competitor's offer expires, whichever is earlier. Stock is confirmed at acceptance; no payment is requested until availability is checked. We explain any ineligible claim against these published conditions.
8. Other promotions: The price beat cannot be combined with additional discount codes, bundle discounts or trade pricing. Delivery is already included in a delivered-price comparison. No cash alternative or retrospective promotional price adjustment on a previous purchase.
9. Customer rights: Our published shipping and returns policies apply. This promotion does not remove consumer rights or remedies under Indonesian law. Confirmed quotes and eligible timely claims are honoured under the terms published when submitted.
