The Pyro is a highly responsive, modern short board designed to handle the demands of today's surfers both in and above the wave face. This board is best suited for intermediate to pro-level surfers, performing exceptionally well in smaller waves and truly excelling in steep waves with power, whether they are 2 or 6 feet tall. It is a superb board for carving the pocket and steep wave faces.

The Pyro boasts several key assets, including a smooth, continuous rocker that fits perfectly in steep sections of the wave, a deep single concave for lift and speed, a narrower outline, and a generous tail curve for sharp, tight turns off the tail. While we recommend a thumb tail shape for this board, it also works exceptionally well with a squash tail.

Bali is home to a plethora of different and highly consistent waves, from the East coast slab to the Bukit's long, perfect walls and everything in between. When developing our models, there is no better place to test and fine-tune all the variables than Bali.
